We're bummed things didn't work out for you, but our return policy lasts 30 days from the date on your receipt. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We will gladly accept eligible returns. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unworn, unwashed, undamaged, without any alterations, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all the original tags attached. Footwear must be in its original shoebox, with no signs of wear. We cannot process returns for swimwear or intimate apparel items that have been worn or returned in a soiled condition. All intimate apparel must be returned in original condition, with original packaging and tags attached. All swimwear must be in new and unused condition with sanitary strips in place.
The following items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:
- Gift cards
- Hair Accessories
- Any item marked "Final Sale"
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
U.S. Hassle-Free Returns
Returns for store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for
a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will
require a handling & processing fee of $5.99, which will be deducted from
the amount to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Once you have found your order, click the "Return This Order" button.
3. Select the order or items you would like to return and indicate the reason for the return.
4. Choose a return for store credit or for a refund. Please note, returns for
store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to
your original payment method (i.e., credit card, Paypal) will require a
handling & processing fee of $5.99, which will be deducted from the
amount to be refunded to you. Please note that original shipping charges

6. Drop off at your nearest USPS location.
You must return your items to the address below within 30 days of receiving your package. Please write your order # on the outside
of the package. You will receive your refund in the original form of
payment. Unfortunately, we cannot refund duties, taxes, or shipping
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 5-10 days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please add "Exchange for the same item" to the notes in the return process. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’d receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a credit will be applied to your account.
